One of the easiest blocks of the year. Enjoy it. Just go through the past papers and the lectures.
This block is practical and spent in clinics at GSH, usually for about a week. You’ll get a couple of tutorials and have hands-on opportunities to evaluate patients’ eyes and practice fundoscopy on each other. The portfolios are short (one page each), but don’t underestimate them. I made the mistake of not taking them seriously and it affected my marks, but don’t worry—failure is rare. Focus on the lecture slides for the EOB MCQ, and skip the videos if you’re short on time, as the content overlaps. The exam is brief (about 30 minutes). Past papers are useful here.
